Question 1

What is StudioFlow?

Accepted Answer

StudioFlow is a studio management platform for photography studios in Sri Lanka. It puts your bookings, payments, client updates and photo delivery in one place, so you're not juggling WhatsApp chats, Google Forms and spreadsheets.

Question 2

Is it only for wedding photographers?

Accepted Answer

No. StudioFlow works for weddings, graduations, birthdays, events and portrait sessions. We set it up around the way your studio already works: your packages, your prices, your time slots and your advance amounts.

Question 3

Do my clients need to create an account or download an app?

Accepted Answer

No. Clients book through your booking link and check their progress with their booking reference and phone number. It works in any phone browser.

Question 4

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

Most clients pay by bank transfer, so StudioFlow is built around that. Clients upload their advance or balance slip to their booking, you check it and mark it verified, and the balance is tracked for you. No more searching through screenshots.

Question 5

Why is there a setup fee?

Accepted Answer

Because we onboard you by hand. The setup fee covers a custom website for your studio with your branding, plus adding your packages and prices, setting up your booking forms, bringing over your current bookings and training your team, so StudioFlow is ready to use on day one instead of being another tool you have to figure out.

Question 6

What is the Founding Studio offer?

Accepted Answer

We set up every studio by hand, so we're keeping launch pricing to the first 10 studios. If you're one of them and choose an annual plan, we waive the one-time setup fee completely.

Question 7

How much is the one-time setup fee?

Accepted Answer

It depends on what your studio needs. Setup covers your custom studio website with your branding, adding your packages and prices, your booking forms, bringing over your current bookings and training your team. We give you a quote after a quick chat about your requirements.

Question 8

Can you bring over my existing bookings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As part of setup we help move your current bookings across from Excel or Google Sheets, so you start with everything in one place.

Question 9

Do I need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. StudioFlow runs in the browser, so you can use it on your phone, tablet or computer.

Question 10

Can my photographers and editors use it too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every plan includes team accounts: 2 on Starter, 5 on Professional and as many as you need on Enterprise. From Professional up, photographers and editors also get their own view with their shoots, job sheets and availability.

Question 11

Can I see it before I decide?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can explore the live demo any time, or contact us and we'll walk you through it on a call or in person.

Question 12

What happens to my data if I stop using StudioFlow?

Accepted Answer

Your data belongs to you. You can export your bookings to Excel whenever you need to.

Question 13

Is my clients' data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each client only sees their own booking, progress and photos, and your team only sees what their role needs. Your bookings are never shared or sold.

Question 14

Can I change my plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can move to a bigger or smaller plan as your studio changes. Just let us know.
